We helped package groceries at the SF Marin Food bank. It was a great experience. They do an amazing job of including the volunteers and really hustling us to get the job done. They took care of our safety and explained our contribution. Was truly a wonderful experience to help and I hope we can do so again soon.
Great product! Ease of use - everything is in one location so folks can more easily remember (which helps a ton) - since that's what we're trying to do here anyways -- HELP (others)!
Betterment participates in more volunteer projects than anywhere I've worked, especially in a team-building capacity. Once we locked down for the pandemic, I wasn't sure how this would work, and I am glad Betterment found such a perfect virtual solution.
It was a great way for the team to connect outside of the regular business day, and also to help others.
Percent Pledge and Zoonivurse was such a pleasant way to contribute asynchronously with a group.
I enjoyed the volunteer experience especially the part about Hidden Rules which explain how we see Possessions, Money, Food and etc based on our experiences.
Mustard tree was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. I was helping out in the food club, where we provided a range of food items to about 130 members of the community, all of whom were lovely and very grateful.
I'm really loving these Percent Pledge Community Volunteer Events!

Volunteered with Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team - mapping buildings for covid vaccine distribution. This was really great to learn about - I will be spending some time reviewing open street maps and Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) this weekend!
Our main challenge has always been improving communication and raising awareness for the Giving Challenge, our Foundation, and Percent Pledge. I appreciate how Percent Pledge has adapted alongside us, fostering significant learning and growth.

It was great to have the company's support to serve our less-privileged neighbors. Little Essentials appreciated our help with sorting donations. Collaborating with the Armis team, from new employees to senior leadership, was a rewarding experience that strengthened our teamwork.
I made the pledge because I want to support organizations whose work brings us closer to racial justice #BlackLivesMatter.
Words cannot fully express my gratitude for you and the employee volunteers who supported today's event. Percent Pledge is the real MVP for brokering such a powerful and meaningful connection. THANK YOU!!

This volunteer experience was extremely enlightening and taught me many things that as a white man I plan to use to be a better ally to the Black community.
I love these new Community Volunteer Events, keep doing them!!
I made the pledge because I want to be able to help with issues that are important to me.
We love being able to contribute to local causes easily via Percent Pledge!
My experience was informative and motivational. It further commits me to volunteering and contributing to the mission of Metropolitan Ministries.
The one point that stood out the most for me was when talking about African American community marching and protesting, and the root of why they were doing so.
I would recommend Percent Pledge because you're so organized. You have a very quick turnaround and responses when we want to do something further. I also love the aspect that every communication is customized to Via.
I made the pledge because I love animals and the environment. The charities are vetted, and the process was easy.
Percent Pledge gave us an outlet and experts to build an engaging social impact program. We didn't buy into a service, we found a true partnership.

I love this volunteer project and would like to thank everyone at the UCLA Eye Clinic for helping the diabetes community in so many ways and for working to provide resources for people who need it.
We worked in the pantry packing boxes and building boxes. It was great to be with coworkers in person and to connect outside of work.
We partnered with Percent Pledge because it allowed us to engage employees in giving successfully at scale. Our company is rapidly growing worldwide, and we wanted to reaffirm that we care about employees as individuals and what matters to them.

I want to say thank you for sharing your story and talking about black history with us here at Feedonomics. Loved the saying about sending the elevator down, that is really true. Help others! Thank you again.
First time volunteering with Percent Pledge. Was very pleased with how easy it was to learn the activity. Enjoyed the speaker encouraging group interaction. Loved that I could help right from my computer!
This volunteer event a great experience. I always enjoy Map-a-thons and the hosts are so nice and make the whole event amazing.
Helping women with the skills needed to start or change careers was a worthy cause. It was great to be able to help the candidate shine by helping with her resume, interview techniques, and LinkedIn profile.!
Great event - was fun and everyone embraced the opportunity to support a good cause as a team. Feels like we should be doing things like that more often 1) as a team bonding event but also 2) to give back to such a good charity
I made the pledge because this is awesome.
Me and 16 Vidmobbers did a mapathon and it was great! Openstreetmaps and Percent Pledge were great to work with. I had no idea that almost 1 billion people lived in areas that were not mapped. It was mind blowing and exciting to think that such a simple task could make such a big impact.
We are big on feedback, so the Passion Assessment was huge for us. We knew that it was built for our team and not just another pulse survey.

I made the pledge because I believe in this platform to create change.
Gaining additional awareness and understanding around the issues surrounding this community was extremely valuable in the volunteer experience. Looking forward to sharing this awareness with friends and family.
I felt humbled by what I was doing and who I was doing it for. I'd love to do more volunteer events.
I made the pledge because I think giving back should be a part of everyday life.
With Percent Pledge, we shattered our goal with 90% participation! There is no way we would have been able to accomplish this ourselves. You have exceeded our goals with more to come!

I had a great experience volunteering. The people were super kind and extremely organized. I learned just how much of an impact Metro Ministries has from this opportunity. It was exciting to see how many people want to give back to their communities.
I made the pledge because I wanted a seamless way to continue giving back!
This was my first time attending a mapping event and I am glad that I did. It introduced me to something that I had never thought about before.
I had such an amazing time participating in Pride! I recently joined Dexcom and was able to get involved very quickly. Marching in the parade made the work I do everyday so worth it! I loved the comradery it built amongst my fellow coworkers.
I made the pledge because I want to help improve the lives of others.
Our experience was great. We volunteered to walk dogs with a local south Philly shelter. It felt good to give back to some sweet pups in need.
Percent Pledge allowed us to formalize a social impact program that's personalized to Feedonomics - and it's been wildly successful! Now it's easy to engage employees and measure our community impact.

Great virtual volunteer event. I enjoyed watching the videos of visitors of woodpecker cavities. It was fun and educational.
I love anything animal based! my contribution was 108. love helping out in anyway i can and the team made it engaging with questions, videos, etc. it made the time go by so quickly!
Taking part in the mock interviews was a great experience. As a woman in tech, the advice I was able to give from experience also helped me to remember things for my own personal journey.
We volunteered at a dog shelter! I was able to walk a dog and feed him treats. It was nice to give back with my team and it was a fun day.
I made the pledge because now is a critical time to make an ongoing, reliable impact.
This was an incredible learning and volunteer opportunity that will allow me to continue to contribute globally in my spare time.
It felt great to help the shelter and be with my team outside of work. It was special to be helping something we all have a passion for and was a great bonding experience!
Engagement is much higher with Percent Pledge, and there's more diversity within the different groups that volunteer.

It was so incredible hearing about all the work OCA is doing across the country. I especially loved the use of art as a way of healing and expression, and the emphasis on local organizing. OCA is doing amazing work!
Naturally, employees loved giving back and felt grateful for the opportunity. The fact that the employees were doing this together with their employer really brought a deep sense of fulfillment that we felt throughout the day. It was simply incredible!

We participated in a Map-A-Thon on OpenStreetMaps. We mapped buildings in Pakistan. It was simple enough that I believe it is something that I will continue to do in the future. It was fun to do it at the same time on a zoom with a group of coworkers.
I was skeptical at first that the volunteer event would feel meaningful but mapping truly is an activity that just needs people willing to try! It's easy enough for anyone to do, and it will make a big impact.
I made the pledge because I want to make a difference (even if small) for causes I am passionate about.
Our PS Business Parks Team volunteered on the farm together. We cleared a patch of ground for the planting of a new crop. It was a great experience.
Great tech and easy to use! Helps keep my monthly donations on time and very easy to use!
It was an easy, quick and fulfilling way to give back and help.
I made the pledge because we can all do more to give.
We tried to have a social impact cadence and strategy before Percent Pledge, but we're a growing startup and got busy, so it was ad-hoc and all over the place. Percent Pledge has changed that.!
I loved every minute of it, giving back to the community. The people who where in charge of the event where very nice.
I feel confident because the causes are pre-vetted, so I know our donations are put to good use. And the giving's automated, so we sit back and watch our impact grow - incredible feeling!
We added our social impact program to engineering job descriptions - because they are difficult to hire - and we've had candidates saying, ‘That's really cool, I've never seen that before.'
